FEATURE – Lawson St, Balmain

We aim to create a built environment that encourages living and sustainable living.”
OUTDOOR DINING AND ENTERTAINING IN HUNTERS HILL
We believe every house should have their own unique qualities. In this case and essential part of the brief was to create an outdoor dining area and lounge room that took advantage of the rear level block of land, With a young family, a pool was essential and at the same time they wanted a pizza oven to be incorporated into the design for their love of pizza’s. This led to a design of the outdoor areas to coincide with the pool area, A glass floor bridges over the pool to allow for a large outdoor entertaining space and act as a reflection pond during the evenings. This project is an expression of the owners appreciation of design and our efforts to create a sophisticated and contemporary built environment with lots of light and a great space for everyday living.
